By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you (“Client”) fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Site or proceed with the purchase.

1. Service Description

We provide personalized relationship consulting and mentoring for men who wish to rebuild emotional bonds after a breakup or divorce.

  • Digital delivery (action plan + session via message through Telegram, SMS, or Email).

  • No physical products.

  • We do not offer clinical therapy, medical advice, or legal counseling.

2. Eligibility

  • Minimum age 18 years.

  • Must be the cardholder or have legitimate authorization.

  • Must complete the onboarding form with truthful information.

3. Purchase Process

  1. Client completes the application form.

  2. Upon approval, receives a payment link (international credit card).

  3. Payment confirmed ⇒ first contact within 24 h.

  4. Complete plan + initial session delivered within 7 days.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Plans starting at US $397; advanced packages up to US $2,000.

  • One-time charge at the time of purchase.

  • Transactions processed in a PCI-DSS secure environment via partner gateway.

  • Card issuer fees and taxes are the Client’s responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days and before the first session.

  • Requires an email to ethan@thereconquestmap.com or a message on Telegram.

  • We will respond within 48 h.

  • After the plan is delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the service has already been provided.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Fulfillment

  • Purchase confirmation and welcome form: within 24 h.

  • Action plan within 7 days after receiving Client responses.

  • Ongoing support via message as per the selected package.

7. Client Obligations

  • Provide truthful and complete information.

  • Follow the proposed guidance ethically and respectfully.

  • Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Results vary based on personal effort, emotional context, and external factors.

  • The Company does not guarantee reconciliation or any specific result.

  • The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.

  • We will keep delivery records (messages and receipts) as proof.

  • Disputes initiated without prior contact may be contested and result in service blockage.

10. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary for payment, service delivery, and communication.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect on the date of publication. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in a competent court in Wilmington-DE, unless a different arbitration agreement is made between the parties.
